пол., амер. принцип "анаконды" (принцип геополитической стратегии атлантизма, направленный на отторжение от Евразии максимально большого объема береговых территорий для сдерживания ее геополитической экспансии; на планетарный уровень данный принцип перенес А. Мэхэн; впервые он был применен американским генералом Мак-Клелланом в североамериканской гражданской войне 1861-1865 гг.; принцип заключается в блокировании вражеских территорий с моря и по береговым линиям, что приводит постепенно к стратегическому истощению противника)
